Introduction
I almost was late to my own workout. Set my alarm for a 515 AM. Woke up in the middle of the night and somehow realized this and changed my alarm.

The Thang
Thang 1 Ladder Suicides – Partner up
Line up on the south side of the parking lot. Partner 1 runs to first light and back while Partner 2 does SSH. Target about 85% of sprint for this thang. Repeat for lights 2, 3, end of parking lot, and then back down to lights 3, 2, 1.
Mosey to the track
Thang 2 – Slingshot run on track – 1 mile, 4 laps
Mosey to the west parking lot. Start on south side of west parking lot.
Thang 3 – Sprint, mosey, sprint, mosey.
Sprint going north in west parking lot, mosey on side walk going east to the east parking lot, sprint the east lot going south to end, and mosey west to the west parking lot. Complete this loop a total of 4 times. Pick up the six when done.
Mosey to the track.
Thang 4 – Snake slingshot run
Slingshot run but person in back weaves through each PAX to get to the front. – 1 mile, 4 laps.
Repeated Thang 3 until 6 AM – Made another 3 laps around the school.
Circle of Trust
Talked about the make-up of the group that came out that morning. We had 3 respect club members. When we started Black Diamonds in Plainfield this definitely was not the case. I congratulated everyone for their willingness to support one another and to push themselves. Ended with a moment of silence.
Naked Man Moleskin
We ended up getting over 5.5 miles in during the workout. It had been a long time since I had done that number of sprints. My hamstrings were tight at the end and my shins have been on fire for days after the workout. Talking with PAX over the days after, it definitely pushed everyone.
