Introduction
Got to the AO early to plant the flag and set up, which was minimal. Conditions were good – cold, no snow, and no wind. Blue Gill joined me on a 1.5 mile EC run to McD’s and back. By the time we got back, PAX were gathering and 5:15 was soon upon us.

The Thang
Thang 1: We split into two groups, Gazelles and Clydesdales, and set off on an Indian Run to the bridge. When they got to there, the Gazelles circled back to pick up the 6 until we were all gathered at the bridge. At the bridge we spider-man crawled across, doing 4 Merkins every 4th crawl step. On the way back across we spider-man crawled again while doing 2 Merkins every 10th crawl. We got back into our groups and Indian Ran to the coffee house.
Thang 2: I had 4 exercises planned at the coffee house and 4 at the pavilion near the baseball fields. The plan was to get to 100 reps of each in increments of 25, running back and forth between stations after each 25 increment. There was no way we would finish all of them but it was a good trial run for a future Q. Most of us got through the first set of exercises at each station – 100 Bonnie Blairs and 100 Burppes.
We ended Mary with a Merkin ring of fire.
Circle of Trust
A co-workers husband recently died at age 45. Esentially, he died of complications brought about by unhealthy activities and behaviors. He also had physical signs months ago that something was wrong but did not seek medical assistance. The point of my COT was twofold. First, make sure you are taking care of yourself, physically, mentally, and spiritualy. Shake off habits and behaviors that are detrimental to good health. Commit to a healthy lifestyle, including posting regularly ITG, eating well, limiting drinking, not smoking, etc. Secondly, if you do sense something is wrong, get it checked out. Don’t be that tough guy that refuses to see the doctor and thinks he can just “push on through” with what may be a serious medical issue. Take precautionary measures and get regulat check-ups if you are not already. My co-worker’s husband’s death was both avoidable and preventable.
Naked Man Moleskin
Foundation showed up a few minutes late into WoR. I put him on the spot and asked to him cite the mission statement. Like a champ, he nailed it:) Thanks to all the PAX that came out and pushed themselves.
