Introduction

This morning’s workout focused on Leg Day and Mobility with BroGa! It was a Friday Leg Burner with Broga.

Warm-O-Rama

Motivators, A-Pagodas, and Michael Phelps.

The Thang

Four Thang stations focused on goblet squats, air squats, lunges, and step up withs. Each exercise was followed by a one minute Broga that incorporated: Downward Dog, Child’s Pose, and Cobra position among others.

Circle of Trust

Circle of Trust concerned recognizing the finite of life and that every day is a gift.  Be the best of you.
