I want to focus on different muscle groups today and use the baseball field.

The Thang
One partner farmer carry to the cone and preform 15 shoulder shrugs while the other partner does an exercise.
Three exercises were Dips, Derkins, and Erkins. After each round, the partners ran a lap. We did two rounds of this.
Thang 2:
Riffle carry to the baseball field. 15 CPR’s and 15 Squrriels. Riffle carries from the third base line to second base. Did three rotations of this.
Thang three: Riffle carry to the light pole and preform 5 burpees. Repeat for three light poles.
