Introduction
@Gisele led 22 PAX on his VQ thorough a Ruck Shuffle Station beatdown. PAX worked in teams to cycle through four Stations for a solid VQ. The Ruck Shuffle Station beatdown ended with five minutes of Mary and Mobility or @Disco Ball “BroYoga” for mobility, flexibility, and resilience.

The Thang
PAX shuffled from Station to Station with Rucks in a Rinse-and-Repeat to complete as many rounds as possible. The workout was scaled for Clydesdales, Mustangs, and the Arabian Race Horses. Station One focused on Ruck Overhead Press with a shuffle to the next station. Station Two focused on Ruck Pushups with a shuffle to the next station. Station Three focused on Ruck Air Squats with a shuffle to the next station. Station Four focused on Ruck Mountain Climbers followed by a 200 Meter Shuffle and a Rinse and Repeat!
Circle of Trust
Circle-Of-Trust focused on “Never Fighting Alone”. We are all perfectly, imperfect. No one escapes childhood, adolescence, and adulthood without trauma, suffering, or pain. We are all worthy of love. There is nothing you can do that would make your F3 Brothers, friends, family, or loved-ones love you any less. You owe it you yourself to get the best you possible. You do not have to fight-alone.
