The Thang
Thang 1 – ladders
base of ladder 10 curls and 10 air squats
run to each rung do the merkins and leg raises and run back to base. Go to next rung and add 2 to merkins and leg raises. Go up and down ladder. Start with 2 merkins and 2 leg raises at first rung
Thang 2
by flag station – 15 bent over rows and 15 overhead presses
then run to by the concession stand and do 20 dips and 10 leg extensions with each leg and run back. Rinse and repeat
