The Thang
We had 2 stations on the hill to split up the group for spacing.
1-Station was 4 exercises (MNT climbers-Air Squats-Shoulder Taps and Grady Corns) and then a Bear Crawl course that challenged your horizontal movement.
2nd Station was more of coupon workout with (curls-overhead press and chest press exercise) after completeing those you would run up Mt Wood at top do SSH and then work your way down the Spur to the base where you would do Merkins then once finished you would rotate the Station 1 rinse and repeat.

CoT was about staying consistent on your message but having patients raising your children. I can recall raising my 2 boys that it was a struggle to get through to them that life will eat you up if you don’t figure out some sort of path to take. After a couple years of pounding this into their heads I was getting nowhere on this topic. Seeing I was getting nowhere I recruited my M to assist. Looking back now it was the best thing I did. Mothers have a different approach and its usually softer and effective all at once. As a parent you just want the best for your kids and you want them to learn from your experiences so they don’t make the same mistakes. My challenge for the group today was keep the message consistent , but have the patients with your kids because they mature at different ages. One day it will click for them and if it doesn’t they will be living in your basement asking mom for meatloaf.
Thanks to Millville for having my 6 love your brother.
