Introduction

Beautiful Fall Gloom. Nice breeze but no winter chill on it. Put in a good EC3 Ruck w/ LaRussa and Napster.

Warm-O-Rama

Lots of stretching, imperial squat walkers, tappy taps, abe vigodas

The Thang

Thang 1: Team tire pulls

  • one pax pulls tire out and back w/ coupon in the tire shed.
  • rest of the pax stay back and AMRAP an exercise until tire returns.
  • then all pax but the one who pulled the tire spring out and do 10 Merkins while the pax who just did the tire pull AMRAPS the exercise.
  • then when pax get back from run/merkins a new pax take the tire sled out and the cycle repeats.

AMRAP exercises performed during tire pulls were Derkins, tricep dips, and big boys. Each pax pulled the tire sled 3 times.

 

Thang 2: squat in cadence

  • 25 coupon squats
  • 25 air squats
  • 10 sec rest
  • (repeat 4 times)

Circle of Trust

Consistency is a byproduct of discipline.

I’ve been trying to incorporate new habits into my daily life. While I have been keeping a checklist and marking things off I have not been able to create consistent manner in which I do these things. The hap hazard “fit it in when I can fit it” in approach has been adding undo stress to the day and causing me to be in state of reactivity rather than productivity.

Looking to redefine my morning routine to create consistency. Set up a simple mechanism that sets me up for success throughout the day.
