  • Open/Close the Gate
  • A mile warmup to the starting location.
  • 4 strides

Try to run a mile as fast as you can through downtown Plainfield.

Circle of Trust

COT continued my focus on from last week with “Embrace the Suck”.  Embrace the hard things are thrown your way even when you know it going to suck.  Once you get passed that it then turns into Embracing the Challenge.  Finally it becomes a part of your lifestyle.  The M and I are working on 75 hard.  We are starting to find that this is better for our lives.
