Introduction
Ruck Clubs are usually picked up far in advanced. For obvious reasons nobody had claimed it as it was the day after the 4th of July. I picked it up and now just needed a site Q for my own designated Site Q location. Seriously thought I would be going solo and mentally prepared to do a 3:1 and cover some ground through a new route that would easily be over 4 miles.

The Thang
Out and back recovery ruck with no funny business as promised.
Asked the PAX to pair up with someone that they have not connected with and learn about them, married/single, family, work. There would be a pop quiz at the end of the ruck with penalty burpees for wrong answers.
Circle of Trust
As I mentioned in my previous COT, a few weeks ago I had hit a wall and was burnt out. During this time I had several PAX reach out, they were offering there support and asking if there was anything that they can do for me. For the time I took off it was really easy to sleep in and get out of my routine but constant check in’s from my brothers kept me from straying too far from F3. I truly appreciate them. A lot of these friendships were established during rucks when we had a chance to talk and get to know each other. In part this was one of the reasons I wanted an out and back so that these men could make the same connections and establish the same friendships that I have done during my short period of joining F3.
Naked Man Moleskin
We went left after the bridge to the end of the path where it loops back around. We made it back with about a minute to spare, no time for a pop quiz. Glad to see Six Sheets back out! I miss us getting confused for each other!
