Introduction
Brisk morning with the temperatures dropping. Good mix of PAX gazelles/clydesdales, had prepared for a good mix so that both groups would stay relatively close to each other without spreading too far apart.

1 – Clydesdales – Slingshot Ruck
All 3 groups to met at the Renwick bridge at same time.
At Renwick bridge we did sneaky gorillas across the bridge.
Left at the bridge and continued with a straight ruck until we returned to the flags for a recover/recover.
Circle of Trust
As I looked at all of the open Q’s on the Q sheet Sunday afternoon it reminded me of the term “don’t just be a consumer”.
I recalled a previous CoT where a PAX had posted a screenshot of the Q sheet showing all of the open Q spots and reminded us of one of our core principles, PEER led in a ROTATING fashion and ended his statement with “don’t just be a consumer”. I was taken aback and offended when I saw this, but the reason I was offended was because I was guilty of just being a consumer at that time. I looked at my stats and was about 100 posts in with only a handful of Q’s. So I decided to make a change and to start leading more boot camps. This week I could have easily followed suit and called it to attention in slack or I could just pick up several Q’s and lead by example. I decided the latter.
Men, get on the Q sheet and let’s just not be consumers.
Naked Man Moleskin
Grabbing 3 Q’s in the same week caught the attention of at least one PAX. First thing in the morning Caboose asked what I was up to, what was I trying to do by picking up so many Q’s in one week. It was a good segway into my CoT.
He even dressed up for the occasion with a hot pink flannel.
