Introduction
It was hot, humid and muggy. A little nervous about this Q because it always takes a toll on me but I was looking forward to Q’ing for the first time since the new Chaminwood region launched.

First of all I want to thank all the PAX that came out to support my Q.
I really miss all you fuckers!
I want to apologize for not posting up here as much as I used to. Work has gotten busy, my pliers quit on me and I’ve been having to go into the office(Rosemont) more often.
So at Convergence I had written a long winded speech which included acknowledging the new chaminwood region but we were told to keep it short (Picasso…..). So I nixed the speech.
I wanted to take this opportunity to say what I didn’t get to say that day. I wanted tell you guys how proud I am of you guys for having the courage to launch a new region.
I’ll be completely honest with you, when I first heard about us splitting regions I was completely against it. I actually got upset about it, it just didn’t make any sense to me. It felt like we would lose the culture that this region brings, that the fire and enthusiasm you guys bring every morning would be gone. That the fellowship would be gone and it felt like I’d be losing all my friends. I figured that my friends in this region would stop posting up North and in turn I’d have to support my own region to try to keep some of the culture, enthusiasm, and fellowship that would have been taken away from us.
It wasn’t until after I started listening to the PAX of this region that I realized that I was being selfish. It was unfair to the men of THIS region to continue to ask them to be community leaders for a community that they did not live in. It was unfair to ask you men to support and attend all of the 1st/2nd/3rd F events in communities, again that you did not live in. It was unfair to you guys for me to be selfish and only think about my feelings and needs.
I know it’s been an uphill battle for you guys, and it hasn’t been easy but I know that you have the right leadership in place to move this region forward. I’ve kept open communications with Picasso so that we continue to work together so that we can support each other during this transition. And if there’s anything anyone ever needs please never hesitate to reach out to me. You’ll always have me as a friend and as a brother. And at the end of the day we’re all F3, regardless of which region we belong to.

AAR – Good feedback – my cadence was too fast (I blame the Q juice), workout was good, hit all the major muscles, and kept the heart rate up. Need to improve on forming the groups for the Bataan Death March with such a large group, men were falling in and out during the death march.
