May the 4th be with you. Spent some time in the Rabbit hole of Star Wars Workouts online to come up with this one.

The Thang

Thang 1:  Run to Blechers

 

Stay nimble! Have the Soldiers do 15 Jedi Merkins (Merkin with a push up in air then down) then 15 Boosters (Dips), then 30 Trooper Marches (Step-Ups) Repeat x3.

 

Thang 2:

 

Run to the Infield of the track

 

Line up the Soldiers beside the cone and perform a Drill (7s) with Star Jumps on one side cone and then Sandcrawl (Crab Walk) to the other marker (First Base) and do Wookie Squats (Squat Jumps – you are trying to reach the top of Chewbacca’s head). 

 

Thang 3:

 

Track Entrance

 

 20 Skywalker Lunges (10 Per Leg)

 

10 Dive-Bomber Pushups (Carolina Dry Docks)

 

 20 Jedi Jacks (Smurf Jacks)

 

10 Lightsaber Burpees 

 

Run a Lap and Repeat
