Bear crawl up hill, reach between your legs and pull the Block across the grass past your head. Now, bear crawl forward until the Block is between your feet again, and keep repeating up the hill. SSH at the top (10). Rifle carry down hill back to the start

If you asked me five years ago if I would do a Ragnar, run 13.2 miles with a few brothers, participate in a GTE, do Frontline OCR, workout ITG every day without planned R&R’s, I would have laughed and said no way. Well, when you live a lifestyle of just one more or finish quicker and start earlier, just one more only makes sense. I’m not talking about New Year resolutions, 75 Hard or Dry January. I’m talking about permanent lifestyle changes. Your mind is your only limit. Get’er Done!
