Introduction
This morning was a beautiful morning for a ruck. Warmer than most mornings so far this year, but still cool enough for what I had planned. I got to the AO a little early to scope out my route for the ruck, and ran into Yellow Pages, Sailor Moon, and Large Marge all getting ready for their EC2 run. Was great seeing guys putting in the extra effort!

Indian Ruck around the AO stopping at THREE locations to do 7’s
Stop 1: North Parking Lot – Thrusters and 4ct Curls
Stop 2: West Lot Near Stone Stairs – Merkins and 4ct Shoulder Taps
Stop 3: Disc Golf Parking Lot – WW3 and 4ct Flutter Kicks
All movements were called in cadence.
At the end of the 3rd SEVEN, the crew hit the JACKPOT and got to do an uneven bear crawl across 40 yards of bleachers and back.
With remaining time, we Indian Rucked to top of wooden stairs and broke into pairs for the Tortoise and the Hare where one PAX farmer carried both rucks, while partner dropped and did 5 merkins and sprinted to catch up. We rinsed and repeated this as we took the long way to the flags.
Back at the flags we did a 3 burpee ring of fire and various stretches until SQ called it.

For my CoT i wanted to express my gratitude for the MEN of F3, especially Cowbell as he help my daughter edit a 10 minute video, for a scholarship application, she was having trouble with. We were at a breaking point and he came to the rescue. Thanks brother!
I also reflected on my daughters experience creating the video, as she had many different emotions though the many week process. The message that I kept sharing with her is that we can only control two things, or Attitude and our effort. The rest is out of our control. However with good attitude and effort, we can certainly tilt the odds in our favor.
