Thang 1: Partner Interval Run
*partner up with a PAX of similar pace. We ran out to the path to head to settlers park. You and your partner would run a normal pace from a light pole and at the next one increase your pace. Repeat up and around settlers park till 20 minutes left and head back to the flags.
Circle of Trust
It takes time to feel and experience the benefit of daily habits and your newly set goals. We have only been in 2024 for one week and you can not give up on yourself or your goals because it feels like nothing has happened yet. It takes 21 days to create a new habit.
