I do not like to run, but I wanted to make myself uncomfortable and lead Run Club this week.  Run BC does not need to be an out and back coverage as many miles as we can in 45 minutes.  Today was about pushing yourself for a set distance and then recover then push your self again.  I was able to keep my heartrate between 150 and 160 the entire workout.  Make yourself unfortable and try something new.
