The Thang
Parking lot ladder focusing on all legs. Round 1 we ran to each cone and back. We added 5 reps at each cone and our exercise was the Mucho Lego. Round 2 was monkey humpers and our mode of transport was the duck walk.
Circle of Trust
Talked about how F3 is more than a workout group, with 2nd F, 3rd F and most importantly the community and brotherhood we share, if you need anything at all you can always throw it out there on slack and have someone there to help, you would be surprised at the number of MEN who will jump in to lend a hand. This beatdown means alot to me because without this group there is no way I would have come back from that injury. By learning to do hard shit and to push through that voice in our head we each get better in our own way each day. Without a group of men encouraging you to get better and helping you at your toughest time I know The old me would have given up and gone back to being a sad clown. However on the 18th of this month it will be 4 years since that injury and while I’ve had my ups and downs physically, the one consistent thing in my life right now is this group of brothers who push me to be the best version of me each and every day.
