CoT:
Next week we continue discussion on the base principles of the Q-Source. A leadership book written in F3 language but principles that can apply in your everyday life. The most impactful book I have read in my life that I use on a day-to-day basis in my personal & professional life. In week #1 we discussed “Get Right” where we got ourselves personally aligned, then this week we learned “Live Right” where we started to live with purpose. Next week we discuss “Lead Right”. This is where we start to apply our leadership capabilities by not just being effective but being virtuous. Effective leaders are able to VAPE but that is only actions performed & can accelerate a group but also be detrimental if virtuous characteristics are not applied, better said the character you possess. Those are bright to life through the 5 C’s: Commitment, Consistency, Courage, Contentment, & Candor. Through this combination of effective & virtuous leadership you can move groups to a point of advantage & help accelerate the group. Challenge you this week to think about a part of your life you lead where either you have been effective but not virtuous & apply those virtuous characteristics to see if you can accelerate that part of your life. AYE!
