2 part beat down 1st we moseyed around the park with sandbags while hugging #40/60 bags
then went to a four station sandbag routine . Dead lifts, front squats, thrusters, up and overs.
2 nd we picked balls from a bucket with numbers that matched an exercise to it
10 reps each and a power ball penalty if you got it
