I was planning on hitting up either Meta’s or Rooney’s Ruck Clubs today but saw Caboose’s note that there was still a vacancy at The Ridge. I decided to take this Q instead of going to Ruck Club and planned to put in some work to end the week strong…and sore!

Circle of Trust
I talked about a video I saw where a guy offered somebody $10 million dollar and asked if they guy wanted it. Of course he said “YES!”, then he was told the only stipulation was that he wouldn’t be able to wake up tomorrow morning. He was re-asked if he still wanted that $10 million dollars and he said “No!” He was reminded that waking up tomorrow morning or each morning is more important than having $10 million dollars. So we should wake up with a smile on our face lucky to be alive another day.
The second thing I shared was:
A wise person once said, what surprises me most about humankind is that we get bored of our childhood, rush to grow up and long to be children again. That we lose our health to make money, and then lose our money to restore our health. That by thinking anxiously about the future we forget the present. Such that we live in neither the present nor the future. That we live as though we are never going to die and die as though we’ve never lived.

I’ve done a similar ladder workout in the past that I took from a downrange post last year. I switched out a few exercises this time around and added 2 additional rounds with the added 15 minutes for those that could get through it. It was tough, no doubt about it but I’m glad I did this and the PAX seemed to like it…or hate it!
Nice job to Bronco for finishing all 12 rounds and then joined in with YHC to help me out until Recover, Recover.
Thank you to Caboose for having my 6 and sorry to do have a lot of exercises probably not good for your back right now.
