Introduction

It was a warm morning, no rain.  Perfect morning to be in the gloom!  Jellystone and Ozark got there early to set up as a few EC runners took off for their warm up run.  The question of the morning was whether or not Ozark would show up in his Ranger Panties or not….  FYI, he did not disappoint!

Warm-O-Rama

Our man Discoball warmed up the gang with some SSH, Knee and ankle rotations, and afew sexy mammas.  Then turned things over to Jellystone.

Ozark’s Thang – Sandbag Relay

PAX formed two lines and moseyed to field where Ozark had 4 cones setup waiting for us.  We were then asked to sit in a our respective line “nuts to butts” in a row.  The two teams passed a 60lbs sandbag over their shoulder to man behind them, then bear crawled to back of line.  This relay continued until both teams crossed the finish line.

We then raced back to finish line with each PAX throwing sandbag while rest of team SSH’s for their turn.

This relay circuit was completed twice before heading back to flags.

At flags, Ozark brought out his “rigged” deck of cards were he lead PAX on a series of hand release merkins and big boys, all in cadence.

Circle of Trust

We lifted up Skinners friend who lost their life and prayed for her family to find peace and comfort.

Naked Man Moleskin

These QvQ match ups really seem to bring the the heat.  Both PAX put a whooping on the PAX, but only one man can advance, and this morning that man was Jellystone.
