Introduction
There was a clue that the PAX that attended this beatdown would be in for a fight…a good or bad fight? I guess that would be determined after the beatdown. Apparently that scared off a bunch of PAX 🙂 as there were quite a few HC’s pulled at the last minute. The three of us took our Daily Red Pill and got after it

Is the daily discipline of training the body. Without the King a man is unfit. If a man is unfit he is unfit to lead. You need to stay fit to serve those around you. An unfit man cannot be a High Impact Man (HIM) because he is going to let the daily stresses and frustrations get the best of him. So you need to stay fit in order to serve the people that you are responsible for. So let’s get to work on our KING! Aye!

As one of the PAX had to cut out right a 6am, the COT was very informal between the Six and YHC. Reiterated what I mentioned at the beginning about The King.

We ran this beatdown to the very end as Wreck-It-Ralph, Yellow Card, and YHC wanted to claim victory in the Championship Round. I’m confident we won the belt this morning. These HIMs kicked ass and left it all in the ring. Proud of the effort! Tomorrow is another day!
Remember The King!
If you want to run faster, run with faster men. Better to workout with a group then by yourself. Why? Because you’re far more likely to keep doing it in a group setting.
Fatigue makes coward of us all.
Maintain standards, don’t cut corners, get uncomfortable, do the hard stuff. Don’t surrender. Remember Why you’re doing this! Aye!
