Introduction

Took this Q before I decided to ruck a half marathon the day before. I guess that was a good idea as I could control the pain, and surprisingly I felt much better than anticipated this morning.

The Thang

We rucked out and made some stops along the way to the bridge. At the first stop we did Squats and seal claps.

At the bridge we lunge walked across and then we did Hand release Merkins on the other side. Then we duck walked back over the bridge and headed towards the flags.

At the curve we did curls and grady corns, and then we rifle carried to the end of the path and rucked along renwick back to the lot. We had a little time left so we rucked a lap in the parking lot before Mary.

Circle of Trust

Talked about Reindeer games being a marathon and not a sprint. To take care of your self and your body. That it is ok to push yourself outside of your comfort zone, but to also be smart. If it hurts or you feel like you need a break then please take it. The point of Reindeer games is to push us to our limits without getting hurt. It is a long 6 weeks men, so please take care of yourselves!
