1) champagne run with merkins to get the blood flowing. All PaX pushed themselves

 

2) Dora workout with some challenging movements and rep counts. PAX who were not lifting were running a quarter mile lap

 

100 merkin lateral raises

200 coupon squats

300 curls

400 bent over rows

500 lunges

600 air squats
