Quote Worth Knowing
The same boiling water that softens the 🥔, hardens the 🥚. It’s what you’re made of, NOT
the circumstance…
Thoughts-
A lot of people are unhappy with some of the the choices in their life. And when you mention
you could do this or you could do that. You often get the response back of thats easy for you to
say because you don’t have to deal with this or you don’t have this to do or that to do. I’ve
been told that many times by people really close to me. We all need to stop saying that. .
Every single person who has ever done anything worthwhile, exceptional, difficult, or
extraordinary, Whether they were in the military, an award winning musician, a world renown
chef, an elite athlete, a parent, a carpenter, a spouse or whatever it is.
Everyone encounters difficulties. There is no easy road. exist. It is impossible. Everyone has challenges.
You know why because it doesn’t
If you have time to pursue a hobby, if you have time to do anything In your life, you can
better yourself. You just need to do it. What’s the saying it’s better to have tried and failed than
to have failed to try. So many people fail because they don’t try as they’d rather sit on the couch
as Sad Clowns living their sad lives like they always do.You know many of these Sad Clowns don’t better themselves because they make excuses for
why other people are successful and they’re not. That is dangerous when you give yourself an
escape or when you or people you know say well that’s easy for you to say because you have
this or do that or…
Trust me everyone has a hard road, we all go through rough patches, we all go through
depression, and doubts and moments in our life’s where it’s really difficult especially when
you’re trying to figure out what your path is going to be, what is going to be the legacy you leave
behind. It’s hard but that is what makes you a person, those difficult moments, the failures,
that’s what builds character. Remember the quote at the beginning,
The same boiling water that softens the 🥔, hardens the 🥚. It’s what you’re made of, NOT
the circumstance!
Ended with prayers and moment of silence

Great turnout and so appreciate all that attended. Thanks to Sparkler for setting the AO standard as a SQ and thanks for having our 6. Also thanks for providing the coffee. A funny moment was at the end when AAR was provided and Morticia mentioned it would have been nice to have some running incorporated into the run. It was mentioned that everyone got in their running before the workout of which he didn’t believe. Everyone got a chuckle out of it, but YHC does appreciate the suggestion….maybe next time
