Introduction
I arrived at the AO early as Soft Hands pulled up as well but had to make a quick u-turn home to grab old glory (b/c it is not an official post without a flag). I took a quick gander to see if Betty Crocker was hiding in the bushes since he called a 4:40 AM EC but nobody in sight?? I quickly measured out my 100 FT for IPAX & then did some laps around the parking lot, still looking for Betty Crocker??

Life is a journey not a destination.
I spent my 1st year learning about F3: starting with “Get Right” through the fitness, then I started to “Live Right” by engaging in the 2nd F & reading/applying the Q-Source in my life. Eventually I was given the opportunity to “Lead Right” by being a Site Q & then having the distinct opportunity to help launch our current region. When I thought I retired as Nant’an I was presented another opportunity to “Lead Right” by taking on the role of National Expansion Q helping other men accomplish what we did here in Plainfield by launching their own local regions. There have been struggles & challenges along the way physically & mentally where at times I failed. Things that would require me to get out of my comfort zone but ultimately all of them, the wins & failures, helped me to be a better man & leader in my community. This past weekend was a bit of a “Leave Right” moment for me as I Coached my sons 8-year-old football team. After the game I had several parents comment to me how well our coaching staff led the kids with encouragement & positive reinforcement. It reminded me that this is what F3 is about. Taking the head knowledge that we have learned & applying it through heart knowledge by giving it away to others. Influencing others around us & providing male community leadership. My challenge to all of you men is to embrace the journey & continue paving the 43 feet. If you have been around a while, it is time to push outside of your comfort zone & if you are new embrace the journey.
