Circle of Trust
When I was first introduced to IronPAX workouts in 2022, I was intimidated by them, and didn’t have the patience to
understand them or watch the videos.
But over time, and thanks to FOMO, I’ve committed to completing them and they’ve taught me a valuable lesson. For me, they are a good reminder that sometimes we need to be pushed (at least some of us do) in order to achieve more than we have in the past. The format and the time goals are effective at pushing me beyond what I believed were my own limits.
What are your limits? Do you think they are real or perceived? They are probably perceived. What do you need to break through that limit and find new levels of performance in whatever you are trying to improve in?
Naked Man Moleskin
My playlist needs improvement.
Ginga – you could have finished man!
Hatchet & Sizzler – great to see you! A pleasant surprise.
Thanks to Hat Trick for Site Q support.
Great job Blue Gill and Vern who pushed the 12 this morning.
We (myself included) forgot to get a count, ask CPR certified PAX to declare themselves. The hot start threw us off our game Can’t let that happen.
