Gave explanation of IPC to the newer PAX.

Explained that Sunday night the IPC Week 3 was published and thought, I could knock this out, so on Monday I went out to The Ridge.  After 45 minutes, I had done a total of 2.5 rounds!  I was embarrassed and really disappointed in myself, I continues to dwell on it and I was beating myself up about my performance.  I took a moment to reflect and thought tomorrow is another day and another chance that I can go out and complete the challenge, so I went out to The Colosseum to do the IPC again, after 45 minutes I was able to complete 3.5 rounds, an improvement but still did not complete it.  So the next day I went to The Wood to do it again, this time Pi and Storm Chaser were determined to have all the Pax finish the challenge, and if I recall we did not stop for COT, I finally completed the IPC but it took me around 55 minutes to complete.  I was content but not satisfied, so I went out again the next day, this time to The Olympiad.  This time I had completed the 5 rounds of PT and was 1/4 into the 800 meter run when 6 o’clock hit, I finished off the first 400 meters of the 800 and after COT, Soft Hands, Chum Bucket and myself went to finish the other half of the 800 meters.  I guesstimated that I finished the IPC in 48 minutes, but I was still not satisfied.  So the next and final day of the IPC I drove down to 3 Rivers and finally finished it in 45 minutes.

The point to this long winded story is that we can always do more, we can always do better.  You hear us say it all the time and you read it all the time in Slack.  Come out and do 1% Better.  And this is what we mean by it.  If today you were only able to do 10 Merkins straight, tomorrow push yourself and do 11.  If you did the quarter mile but were only able to run half of it, tomorrow try to run 3/4 of it.  Every day you come out try and do better than the day before.  We all sacrifice some sleep and wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning to come out to the gloom, don’t let it go in vain. Push yourself to do more, push yourself to be better.
