The quote that I want to start with today is “Your success will be determined by your own confidence and fortitude.”
I fought with low self-confidence for most of my life until a few years ago. This stemmed from various issues such as bullying as a kid or relationships with people that exploited my self confidence issues. Over the last few years, I have worked on my self confidence by setting and hitting goals in my fitness and have good conversations and sharing with my girlfriend and close friends. It has been a snowball effect as I have built my self confidence. Getting into better shape and hitting goals such as run a 5K, run a halr marathon and then run a full marathon which I hadn’t done in like 15 years started. I continue to go outside of my comfort zone with playing piano at open mic nights and becoming a certified personal trainer which I had been thinking about for like 20 years. I keep gaining momentum with each goal and thing that I do. Set a goal. Maybe a fitness goal or maybe something that you have wanted to go after for years. I challenge you to start your own snowball effect in your life.
