Circle of Trust

I want to start with this quote “Confidence comes from making progress, even small progress, towards goals above your current self.”  For years, I struggled with self confidence issues.  I would have the mindset that I couldn’t do something as good as other people could.  I wasn’t good enough or cool enough or whatever it was.   All areas suffered.  Work, relationships, sports.  I’ve since realized that was all in my head.  The big change started with getting into shape.  I set small goals and kept resetting them as I achieved them with them gradually getting harder.  I’m competing with myself and not everyone else.  As I hit these small goals, my self confidence began to grow and now I’m doing and going after things that I never would have thought were possible a decade ago.
