Group 1 = Gazelles
Group 2 = Clydesdales
Pearls on a String Indian Run around the AO path (1 mile). 4 stops each lap. Max reps in allotted time. Both groups with ~10-12 guys so each split in to 2 for a better push but stayed together for the stops.
Gazelle Group 1 = Fast Indian Run. Goal of 3 laps. 1 minute excercise at all 4 stops
Clydesdale Group = Regular Indian Run Speed. Goal of 2 laps. 1.5 minute excercise at all 4 stops per lap.

3rd lap for Gazelles went to station 1; then modified and went up the hill for Station 2 and then fast Indian Run backtrack to flags for Mary. A really good push today.

Fathers Day is this weekend. Time is extremely short with your 2.0’s in the house. Especially weekends with good weather & health.
