I’ve used this at a COT before but with so many new guys I felt the need to use it again. It’s not easy to wake up at 4:15 AM. It’s not easy to push yourself physically every exercise.
But once you know your why (why are you doing this) it makes each step, each rep that much more purposeful. So if you don’t know your WHY, think about it before you post again and have that in your mind when you show up to the next beatdown. Aye???

I’m so thankful for Sparkler. A knee surgery hasn’t stopped him from being out ITG! He even had my 6 today and I love when he is my site Q. You know when he’s got the 6 he’s gonna push you, but he does it in a way that you know he’s right there with you, even if he cannot run with you. Sparkler, I appreciate you brother!!!
