Sometimes you have to fight to get out of your head, today I started out in My head. I noticed my pace to Settlers Park was below that of last friday, My knee has been hurting so I wore a knee brace for the first time in 18 Months, I couldnt put weight on my calf when I woke up and really had to stretch it out, I had to take a shit (ended up stopping at Settlers park to use the bathroom), I felt like my legs were weights, Then I realized these were just Fucking excuses, Yeah I am wearing a brace, but my Knee isnt hurting, My calf feels fine, just built up lactid acid, Took a Shit, so no problems there, I rested and stretched this weekend, so no reason legs should feel like weights, lets go. The run back was at a faster pace, because i got out of my head and just decided to go.
Sometimes when things are hard you just have to focus on something else, forget what is hard and focus on your why, or your family, what did you do that was awesome this weekend, whatever it is, reset your mind and go, once you do that, things become easier
