Station 1 base of ladder at cul-de-sac by pavilion

Stations 2,3, and 4 – spaced at islands with last at entrance sidewalk

Do 10 of each exercise at station 1 then run to station 2 then 3 then 4 then 3 then 2 then 1

Round 1 – HR Merkins and Leg Raises at station 1 then imperial walkers and LBCs at the others

Round 2 – Squats w alt. hip swings and leg raises at station 1 then side shuffle and 2 cross jabs and freddy mercuries at the others

Round 3 – Incline merkins and leg raises at station 1 then bobby hurleys and american hammers at others

Round 4 – Air squats and leg raises at station 1 then SSH and pickle pushers at others

Round 5 – Grady corns and leg raises at station 1 and seal claps and mountain climbers at others

Round 6 – Derkins and Leg Raises at station 1 and monkey humpers and cross crunches with alt toe touches at others
