Introduction
Dora style workout with a basketball twist! One PAX would complete as many reps of the listed exercise as possible while their partner ran from the lot to the basketball court and shoot a basket. If you missed your shot you had to do 3 burpees before returning and switching off with your partner. However if you made a 3 pointer you would do 0. If you made a free throw you would need to do 1. If you made a layup that would take 1 burpee away and you would need to do 2.
don’t expect any of us to be in the NBA anytime soon.
Warm-O-Rama
Started with some stretches that got our legs and arms loose as this was a total body workout.
Willie Mayes Hayes, tappy taps, arm circles, imperial walkers and Michael Phelps.
The Thang
Dora workout. 2 partners per group (1 group had 3).
ten rounds of exercises.
1) Chest press
2) Squats
3) Big Boys
4) “Dealer’s Choice”
5) Merkins
6) Bobby Hurleys
7) Leg Raises
8) “Dealer’s Choice”
9)Thrusters
10) Blockees
When one PAX was doing an exercise the other would run to the basketball court and have to do 3 burpees. However they would shoot a basket and if they made it they would reduce the number of Burpees they would do.
A 3 pointer would leave the PAX doing 0 burpees. 1 burpee if they made a free throw. 2 if they made a layup. All 3 if they missed.
We got through as many rounds as we could until 5:55 when we did a Mary including LBC, Pickle Pushers, American Hammers, and Ring of Fire.

Naked Man Moleskin
I’ve been lazy and having a hard time finding the energy/drive/effort to get out in the morning. I’m starting to get better and a quote that helped me was “Every day you choose complacency you trade in comfort for a better version of yourself”.
