Introduction

Planned on duplicating Bunker’s pearls on a string workout from my first post as an FNG…ultimately had to modify the structure to accommodate the number and ability levels of the PAX who HC’d.

The Thang

Had 2 stations set up, one on each end of the parking lot. Each station had 2 sets of exercises.

Started off running perimeter of the lot to first station and completed the first set at that spot.

Then run the perimeter of the lot to the second station for the first set there.

Then run perimeter of the lot to the first station for the second set.

Run to second station for second set

Run to first station to start it all over until Mary

For Mary, we all partnered up with somebody with similar sprinting speed and headed to the 50 meter sprint track. Here, we raced heads up with our partner. The winning time (in seconds) determined how many burpees that duo would do after the race. Idle PAX jogged in place or did SSH to keep heart rates going. We did 2 full rounds of races, with some guys mixing up partners to challenge each other. This was a lot of fun and a great way to end the manniversary workout.

Circle of Trust

COT was just me expressing my respect and admiration of each and every PAX for what they bring to F3, no matter how much or how little. The leadership, the efforts, the skills in all aspects of life, the friendships, etc.

Naked Man Moleskin
