The Thang
We ran through the woods (disc golf course), up and down hills and stairs, stopping at various locations to do body weight exercises including merkins, hand release merkins, dips, monkey boy squats, big boys, stepups, lunges and more. Whenever we came to a bridge, we bear crawled across. We kept the heart rates up the whole time.
Mary consisted of pickle pushers, LBCs, heel taps and some broga stretches.
Circle of Trust
Reiterated the need to call loved ones, as I had randomly called my brother (who lost his daughter Raven) and caught him crying about missing her. We ended up talking for 2 hours, going through all the happenings of the week she passed. I needed it as much as him. He and I formed an even stronger bond that week as I was his wingman leading up to her celebration of life. I correlated that bond to the ones between soldiers in the military, frontline workers and ultimately to those between F3 pax…as we all fight through the proverbial trenches in life together. Make the call boys.
