Introduction
Zimmer did this Q at the Ridge a few months ago, and I liked it so much, I decided to run it back. They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery after all.
Warm-O-Rama
Jog in place while I went over the introduction and disclaimer.
Goof balls OYO while I went over the F3 mission, core principles, and credo.
Warm-up stretches: Helicopters, WMH with arm reaches, hamstring scoops, TIE fighters, Michael Phelps.
Site-Q Cutler made an announcement about noise, did the count, and CPR/phone check.
Rapid Fire (10 SSH IC + 5 burpees repeated 5 times with no recovery in-between).
Mosey to baseball field.
The Thang
Everyone pairs up. First pair each take a turn tossing ball up to themselves and hitting it as far as they could, while everyone else holds high plank. After the pair hits, everyone runs out to the fence and back to retrieve the ball. The PAX who hits the farthest gets to pick the exercise when we get back to home plate, and the other PAX in the pair has to lead said exercise. We then rinse and repeat for each pair of hitters until it’s time for Mary.
Mary: Burpee waterfall
Circle of Trust
I knew a lot of guys were double-tapping and had places to go, so I kept it brief. I encouraged everyone to take time to read the announcement about the expansion of the region and then reflect on not how that impacts you individually, but on how that impacts F3 and the mission.
Naked Man Moleskin
Thanks Cutler for having our 6 today. We were almost run off the field early by the maintenance crews, but Cutler did a great job with a friendly discussion with the groundskeepers. Shout out to Ecto Cooler and Miley who both hit the longest homeruns today.
