Mosey to the Hill

The Thang

Four stations at the Hill, front, back, both sides.  First round was each of three exercises at each cone and then mosey with coupon to the next cone.  Second round was sprint to the top of the Hill, back down and pick 2 of the three exercises at each cone.  At the end we had enough time to carry coupons up the back of the Hill, over to the front.  Then bear crawled up the Hill and moseyed back to the flags.
