Did SSH and Burpees while reading the principles n such. Told pax to come warmed up.

The Thang

Carry our gear to the hill. 40 or 60# sandbags. Hero workout as follows…

5 rounds OYO.

1. 10 burpees then 50 meters up the hill with sandbag.

2. 10 burpees and 25 Merkins then 50 meters up the hill with sandbag.

3. 10 burpees, 25 Merkins, 50 lunges then 50 meters up the hill with sandbag.

4. 10 burpees, 25 Merkins, 50 lunges, 100 big-boys then 50 meters up the hill with sandbag.

5. 10 burpees, 25 Merkins, 50 lunges, 100 big-boys, 150 Air Squats then 50 meters up the hill with sandbag.
* around 1/2 the pax completed all rounds*
