8 Sets of brick shoulder blasters while PAX took turns running up the hill to meet The Stevenson and do 10 OHPs as our timer for the set.
Thang 2
Sprint races against your partner. Handicaps we adjusted each round to make the races close and motivate the MEN to push.
Repeated Thang 1 and 2 twice for a total of three times each.
Circle of Trust
An opportunity to sell my motorcycle presented itself this week. I had no plans on selling it because I love it, but as a new father my priorities have shifted in life. My deck is a POS and not very kid friendly. As I was thinking about whether or not to sell my bike I started measuring my deck to figure material costs I get a YUGE sliver in the bottom of my foot. I have no doubt that was God giving me a sign….loud and clear! Almost like a smack upside the head. Sometimes life (God) gives you the answers you’re looking for, but you have to be listening.
