Introduction
YHC put together a partner DORA in which the main exercises spelled H-U-M-P. You might have thought this beatdown would have made use of the hill (or hump) but, alas, no. I had other plans.
Weather was chilly (35 deg) but thankfully there was no wind – a rare occurrence at TW.

Circle of Trust
Pieced together information found online on how to get through hump day like a champ.
RE-charge
Make morning exercise a regular habit.
RE-duce
Sometimes hump day is made extra difficult because of all the clutter in our lives. Clean up your workspace. Throw away anything you don’t need. De-clutter your life and hump day will feel more like a bump than a mountain.
RE-focus
Take 10-15 minutes to reexamine your priorities for the week. Refocusing on what matters most creates instant energy!
RE-connect
On Wednesday evenings, don’t plan anything special; in fact, don’t plan anything at all. Relaxing gives us something to look forward to during the week and helps us get re-energized for the rest of the week.
RE-engage
Reengage your passion and motivation for the work you do, or, the work you seek. When you love what you do…there are no hump days!
Naked Man Moleskin
A good beatdown that resulted in a lot of shoulder burn and movement around the AO. Good mumble chatter as well. Thanks to @Binford for having my 6 and, especially, the hot coffee.
