Introduction
I had a good EC run at 4:50am with Doc Brown and Toby after I set up the stations. I was surprised to see the awesome shirts that Toby, SCat and Doc Brown wore to the workout today with my old little league picture on them. LOL!

For my COT, I wanted to start with a quote, ”If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl. But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.”
I know when I started my journey almost two years ago, from a fitness standpoint I could barely do the workouts and had to rest and modify. I kept moving. I started doing little EC runs that were just a few minutes of slow jogging to build my cardio. I started doing extra merkins at home and extra lifting at home. I kept moving. It seemed like a crawl at first and then a walk and now a run. It wasn’t easy but nothing worthwhile in life comes easy.
From my personal life, I was in a toxic, failed 2nd marriage that was rebound relationship rushed into before I had healed from my first marriage. I started going to a counselor again back in 2019 myself and eventually worked through and reflected on my mindset and letting go of the resentment of my first ex wife. At first, I was barely crawling at those initial therapy sessions which were a few times a month. As I worked through my emotional labyrinth and worked out the knots and kinks, I began to walk and then am running again so to speak. I could have given up when it was hard. But no I kept putting one foot in front of the other and crawled my way out of the emotional quagmire that I was in.
I challenge you today to reflect on an area of your life that may be troubling to you such as a fitness or personal life area. Are you moving forward or are you sliding into your quicksand problem? If you aren’t moving forward, reflect on this and figure out a way to start crawling in the right direction. It may be hard but set little goals and keep your eye on them and keep moving forward. You can do so much if you only try.
