Introduction

Back at it on Q at The Grove, wanted to keep it simple yet effective. staying to nail that down in my opinion. We knew we would be doing an emergency drill this morning and we were able to accomplish that well!

Warm-O-Rama

The basics on the WOR, Daisy’s, Phelps, ssh, good morning, calves, arm/shoulder stretches.

The Thang

A quick mosey with all PAX to the bridge, bear crawl across in both directions.

Return to South end of lot, scoop up coupons and every line gets Blockees  across the lot to the next island. From there we rifle carry to the school side of the hill, second light. Upon arrival we do 10 OHP, drop em run over the hill to Alex then right down to the sidewalk where we do 1 WW1. RETURN AND REPEAT .. 11’s!

Emergency drill took place at about 6’s of the OHP.

Upon completion, rifle carry back to flags where we did another round of Blockees across the lot, left them on the south end. Bear crawl the lot back to flags. Circle up for Mary.

Hammers, big boys, Freddie’s, single Mercan ROF 1 round, recover recover!  Got about 1.8 miles, 536 calories burned!

Circle of Trust

A quick word about taking our time and thinking things out. I was injured at work last week, definitely taking my time, but not very familiar with a trucks tailgate and what to do when it gets hung up with it’s chain and support bars. Took a nasty whack to my arm with punctures and bruising. Could have been very very worse.

Prayers to F3, FiA, their kids returning to school , first Responders, trips.

Naked Man Moleskin

Fun mumble chatter, I ran with the Bluetooth so we had tunes. Ministry radio, set on top of hill. Soccer talk between Detailed and Corner Kick.. Great push men! As always, appreciate you print your trust in my Q.
