Introduction
BUSY BUSY at the Ol Colosseum this cool Tuesday am. North side of lot filled with FiA cars doing a pop up black diamond at the park, Sizzler busting out his VQ on a Black Diamond of his own at the South lot. We squeezed in the middle and got into a half lot of coupon and full body movements that got the heart pumping and muscles growing.

Rd 3 Coupon/Curb Dips 15, WWI 20, Skull Crushers 15, Coupon Squats 29, Bearcrawl to half way of halfway, then lunge to middle. Motivators from 8. Run back.
