Circle of Trust
The point of the run with the merkins to start the workout was to show when we think somethings going to be easy (10 merkins) but it gets a little harder 20. We make those 10 additional seem hard. But when we think something is going to be harder and it isn’t things become easy.
I see this time and again in my professional life and my own life. When given a new task or role if you go in overconfident and it becomes hard even though you have all the skills and capabilities to accomplish the challenge you struggle as it is harder than you thought it would be. Things get harder not because you can’t handle it they get harder because you’re there because you can handle it. You just leveled up.

Just need to remember that however clear I think my instructions are when doing something new make sure everyone understands the direction before starting.
In the time it takes to turn on the music things can go sideways.
