Introduction
The Gobbler Challenge is an F3 Nation challenge (similar to Iron Pax) that you can sign up for and measure your performance against others across the map. They also are raising money for a great 3rdF cause, so I thought this would be a good time to Q this up. The challenge is one hour, and since our standard workouts are 45 minutes, I gave the PAX 2 options.
Option 1: Arrive by 5am and do the entire challenge from 5am-6am.
Option 2: Standard start time of 5:15am, with an extended stretch session, a 30-minute challenge, and then Mary.
