Introduction

It was a chilly morning but three brave HIM agreed to meet me at 0500 for a Thanksgiving Day.

The Thang

Thang 1:

Champagne run – 3 second sprint with squats
Route is around the square around the soccer fields

Thang 2:
Using the same route as the champagne run, follow the path stopping at each station to complete the following exercises

Station 1 (coupon station):
20 Curls
15 Skull crushers (standing)
10 OHP

Station 2:
10 air squats

Station 3:
10 merkins

Station 4:
10 burpees
