Introduction
Finally had a morning with no rain for a ruck club Q so decided to bring out all the fun toys!

The Thang
We split into two groups and went through 6 stations on each side of the gauntlet. The pace setter for the AMRAP were the Jerry Cans and Medicine ball carry. Once the pax finished that station everyone rotated. Once the entire team did all the stations we rucked the East/West sides of the lot and Ruffled the North/South sides of the lot. When you returned you switched to the other side of the gauntlet. Stations were as follows:
-Jerry Can Carry
-Battle Ropes
-Dead Lift
-Squats
-Clean and Press
-Hand Release Merkins
-Medicine Ball Carry
-Overhead Press
We ended with MARY including Ruck hold leg lifts, Ruck Big Boys, and Ruck hold Pickle Pushers.
Circle of Trust
Talked about my recent experience with a newer company run by one of my former students. What turned out as a summer college job has blossomed into a career and business adventure for him. Out of all the quotes he stood out as he was willing to quote and do the job regardless of the size of the project. He has also over communicated and kept us informed each day( running ahead of schedule, running behind, or just confirming the next steps.) We sometimes look for and value experience when searching for a business to hire, but sometimes they do not follow through and leave you out to dry. Do not be afraid to look at those newer companies with that young blood that is chasing the American dream. Just because they are new or younger does not always mean they are not a solid choice. In this instance this company has far exceeded my expectations and have done a fantastic job.

Felt bad that Mahomes couldn’t hear the music today as my speaker died 10 minutes into the workout and we had to settle for the iPhone speaker. Also poor Peashooter made Dauber’s day by leaving his flag behind and now has to EC run a mile with him! All in all a good day and as Napster said it was one hell of a “bootcamp”
